Since December 2022, Chargé d’affaires Amin has been in Bishkek. He has over 30 years of experience working with national and international organizations and private companies. He has worked in Kabul Governor’s Office and with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.

Chargé d’affaires Amin is highly skilled in modern technology and successful implementation, analysis and management of management systems and procedures, including systems integration.

Chargé d’affaires  has a proactive leadership style and is a successful negotiator. He communicates effectively to build relationships both internally and externally, develop strategic partnerships and provide advice at all management levels.

Chargé d’affaires holds a Master’s degree in Accounts and Finance, various diplomas in accounting specialization and computer-related studies. He is fluent in Pushto, Dari, Persian, English, Urdu and Arabic languages.

Chargé d’affaires Amin is married and has 4 children.
