The Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Bishkek issues Letter of Celibacy (مجرد خط) only to those Afghan citizens who are residing in Kyrgyzstan. Applications for authentication of documents can be made only in person and the application forms must be accompanied by the original documents.
Authentication of Celibacy Form – fully completed and signed;
Three male adult persons of Afghan origin to confess (Eqrar) the celibacy. The confesses must each bring along two recent photos and documents verifying their identity (Afghan Tazkira) and their current address.
Two male adult persons of Afghan origin to act as witnesses the (اقرار) of confesses(اقرار کنندگان) The witnesses must each bring along two recent photos and documents verifying their identity (Afghan Tazkira) and their current address.
Two photos (2 X 3 centimeter) affixed to the appropriate box in the application form. Photos must be taken directly off the face and show both ears. Photo Specifications.
Original document verifying applicant’s Afghan identity (Afghan Tazkira).
Documents verifying the applicant’s current residency status in Kyrgyzstan, such as PR card, citizenship document, landed immigrant document, etc.
Documents verifying the applicant’s current address, such as driving license, utility bills or similar documents.
An applicant should pay USD 50 to the Embassy.
