An application form must be filled in carefully in CAPITAL letters in English and Pashto/ Dari for each applicant, with special attention to name and surname’s spelling, date of birth (Day/Month/Year) and accurate current address in Kyrgyzstan. Application Form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
Applicants must bring their original passport and provide a copy of their Tazkira to the Embassy along with the completed application.
2 passport size (3×4 cm) recent photographs with a white background is required for an application.
Payment of $40 United States Dollar per year is payable to the Embassy.
Applications are processed in order of their receipt date by the Consular Section. Applications that are incomplete and/or are missing necessary documents will not be processed.
After the Embassy receives and accepted the completed application(s) with all the necessary documents and payments, passports will normally be extended within two working days.
The payment must be received by the Embassy together with your application form before any assessment takes place.
